At Tetra Tech, we fully demonstrated our technical and management expertise to execute efficiently all logistic, labor resources, and site support services on all task orders awarded by AFCEE to Tetra Tech for work in Iraq. Tetra Tech completed the construction of 38 Iraqi Police (IP) Stations and Special Police Commando Sites in Northern and Central Iraq. The work on 5 additional IP Stations is nearing completion, and work on 26 other IP Stations is commencing.

• On Task Order 34 for IP Stations in Northern Iraq, we completed 19 buildings (402,000 SF). Other tasks included construction of 14,900 SF of flooring, 1,100 LF of Concertina wire, and four Guard Towers that each measured 9 feet long by 9 feet wide by 20 feet high.
• On Task Order 45 for IP Stations in Central Iraq, we completed 14 buildings (591,000 SF).
• On Task Order 48 for Special Police Commando Sites in Baghdad, we completed five buildings (500,000 SF). We also constructed a 40,000 GPD potable water distribution system.
• We were able to get contractors on-site and working within 10 to 14 days of NTP for each IP station, despite numerous sites being in dangerous, insurgent-controlled areas.

Safety Highlight. Despite heavy enemy activity at several of the Police Station sites, our Project Manager was able to keep on-site staff safe to continue working.
