Confidential Client

SolarOn behalf of this confidential client, Tetra Tech facilitated the completion of thirteen SF-299 applications (a request temporarily holding selected sites) for approximately 263 square miles (168,320 acres), all on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land located in the Southwestern United States. The completion of 13 separate SF-299s comprised just a component of the initial contract. In addition, Tetra Tech was tasked to complete: Site Selection (a task that led to the identification of the 13 solar sites), Critical Issues Analysis (CIA), Right-of-Way Application Support, and the preparation of Plans of Development (PODs).

PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Under rigid time constraints, Tetra Tech completed and submitted 13 SF-299s and 13 PODs for approximately 263 square miles of BLM land in the southwestern United States.
  • Due to client satisfaction, initial scope of work increased to include POD amendment support, NEPA assistance, engineering studies (to include but not limited to land surveys, watershed analysis, geotechnical, hydrology, storm water engineering, cut and fill design), site-specific due diligence reports, and agency coordination.
  • Crucial experience in managing large, multiple, aggregate sections dealing with complex civil engineering issues related to cut and fill, grading, storm water management, and erosion control.
