TtEC provides a complete range of economic, social, and cultural resources services that provide flexibility to clients during the planning and implementation of projects. The diverse expertise of our economic, social, and cultural resources staff in archaeology, architectural history, and historic preservation allows us to support our clients in all aspects of compliance with such laws as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act 1966 (as amended), and the native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) / Superfund Amendments Reauthorization Act (SARA) requirements, and state-level environmental assessment laws and regulations.
TtEC conducts studies that examine the range of potential economic and social effects that result from changes in the local and regional biological, economic, and physical environment.
