Tetra Tech EC, Inc. was awarded Environmental Services Contract No. GS-10F-0208J in August 1999, which was renewed in 2004 until August 2009 for the first option period. Our ES contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award that had a successful five-year base period and is now in the first of three five-year option periods. Depending on the requirements, tasks can be bid as either firm fixed-price or labor hour task orders. This contract provides Federal agencies with an effective contract vehicle to use various environmental planning and compliance services, waste management services, remediation, and geographic information systems (GIS) services offered by Tetra Tech EC, Inc. Our geographic coverage is worldwide under this contract.

Any Federal agency can use our Environmental Services contract. This includes:

• All military and civilian federal agencies
• All executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the government
• Government contractors authorized by a federal agency pursuant to 48 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 51.1
• Mixed-ownership government corporations, as defined by the Government Corporation Act
• Other activities and organizations authorized by statute or regulation to use GSA as a source of supply.
