TtEC has been contracted by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) for a second time to provide environmental and construction services as part of the World Wide Environmental Restoration and Construction (WERC) 09 Program. The WERC is the Air Force’s primary contract vehicle for engineering, remediation, and construction activities worldwide. Under this $3 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, TtEC has, and will continue to provide, multiple, full service program management, engineering, environmental, and construction capabilities to include conceptual design, construction, demolition, repair, and emergency response. Since December 2003, TtEC has performed on 34 task orders under this contract at sites in the United States, Japan, Germany, and Iraq, ranging from $120,000 to $22 million for a total value to date of $400 million.

Project Highlights

• Completed Al Rasheed Brigade Facilities Project in Iraq on a very aggressive 11-month schedule; achieved very high standards for quality control and exceeded 3 million hours without a lost workday case
• Executed four projects ahead of schedule and without incident despite extremely hazardous working conditions on Border Forts Project in Iraq
• Completed expeditious Crash Site Cleanup, NC, within one month of contract award, eliminating community hazards and contaminations
• Achieved significant savings for the Air Force on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Project, CA, by identifying multiple RCRA sites during data reviews that did not require further action
