Zero Incident Performance PosterSafety is not just another program at TtEC — it’s part of our culture and incorporated into all that we do. Our Environmental Safety and Quality (ESQ) culture is founded on ZIP as a goal. ZIP means error-free execution of work: no injuries, illnesses, damage to property or equipment, adverse impacts to the community or the environment, or deviations from plans or procedures.

 

ZIP means that we believe all accidents are preventable, and therefore dedicate ourselves to preventing them through maintaining safety awareness, by reporting “near misses” as incidents, and using the corrective actions from those reported incidents to drive our continuous improvement process.

 

What do these principles mean to our clients? All of our work processes, operating procedures and execution methods are designed to ensure that our clients consistently get the most professional and the highest quality service. We promise to work with you to develop a shared vision of the project objectives — scope, budget, schedule and level of quality.
