    In general, when it is determined that your background and qualifications appear to be a match to the position requirements, you will be contacted for a brief qualifying phone interview by the recruitment specialist. In some cases, this initial screen is handled by a member within the hiring department. If moving forward, you will be invited to interview in-person with the hiring manager. Specific to the role, the interview process also may include sitting down with other members of the department and/or senior management.
