TtEC received the Francis Perkins Vanguard Award, a national award presented each year in recognition of excellence in utilizing women-owned small businesses. Frances Perkins was a social reformer and the first woman to serve in a cabinet-level position. She served as Secretary of Labor from 1933 to 1945.
