TtEC was awarded the Dwight D. Eisenhower Award for Excellence by the U.S. Small Business Association. The award recognizes large federal contractors with effective small business subcontracting programs.

TtEC was selected for this award based on an evaluation of our program, including our written policy, standard operating procedures, national subcontracting leadership and small business liaison officers, small business outreach, and utilization of small businesses in all socioeconomic categories.

TtEC has received the award twice. A single winner is chosen each year and a company cannot receive this award more than once in a 5-year period.
