Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 3 Million Hours

OSHA 3 Million Hours AwardTtEC has received many safety awards over the years. One of the most recent is the Perfect Record Award from OSHA for operating 3 million employee hours without injury or illness involving days away from work.

 

The award was received in March 2007.

 
OSHA 6 Million Hours

OSHA 6 Million Hours AwardIn June 2006, the National Safety Council honored TtEC with an award for accomplishing 6 million work hours without a lost workday.

 
National Safety Council — Safety Barometer Employee Perception Survey

TtEC participated in the National Safety Council Safety Barometer Employee Perception Survey (Survey). The survey collects feedback directly from our employees, providing a leading indicator of safety program improvement.

 

2008 Survey Results – 100% – the highest average score that any company has EVER received.

 
Voluntary Protection Program Star Status

VPP StarIn recognition of the success of TtEC’s health and safety program, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) awarded our design-build environmental restoration of Rocky Mountain Arsenal project the prestigious Voluntary Protection Program Star Status. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal project is the first environmental restoration project to be honored with VPP Star status in recognition of outstanding safety accomplishment.

Nunn-Perry Award – 2001, 2002 and 2006

Nunn-Perry Award - 2001, 2002, and 2006TtEC was awarded the Nunn-Perry Award in 2001, 2002, and 2006 for outstanding accomplishments as a DoD Mentor-Protégé Team. The prestigious Nunn-Perry Award, named in honor of former Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, was first awarded in 1995 to recognize outstanding Mentor-Protégé teams formed under the auspices of the DoD Mentor-Protégé program.

 
Eisenhower Award – 2001, 2008

Eisenhower Award – 2001, 2008TtEC was awarded the Dwight D. Eisenhower Award for Excellence by the U.S. Small Business Association. The award recognizes large federal contractors with effective small business subcontracting programs.

 

TtEC was selected for this award based on an evaluation of our program, including our written policy, standard operating procedures, national subcontracting leadership and small business liaison officers, small business outreach, and utilization of small businesses in all socioeconomic categories.

 

TtEC has received the award twice. A single winner is chosen each year and a company cannot receive this award more than once in a 5-year period.

 
Francis Perkins Vanguard Award

Francis Perkins Vanguard AwardTtEC received the Francis Perkins Vanguard Award, a national award presented each year in recognition of excellence in utilizing women-owned small businesses. Frances Perkins was a social reformer and the first woman to serve in a cabinet-level position. She served as Secretary of Labor from 1933 to 1945.
